Vehtech supply the TomTom Work Compact as a one box, plug and play fleet management and navigation product.

Please note that installation is not required and the cost includes courier delivery.

Cost supplied & delivered with 12 months warranty - £430.00 inc VAT + subscription to Webfleet.

TomTom Work Compact comprises two integrated products: TomTom Webfleet & TomTom GO715

TomTom Webfleet

Webfleet is the web-based service which allows 24-hour secure access to all your vehicle management and reporting information from any PC.

Webfleet allows you to track and trace all your vehicles and view them down to street level mapping.

The reporting available on Webfleet includes:

Mileage, Driving times, Start and stop times, Standstill locations, Over speed Reports and these can be setup to provide the information daily, weekly or monthly. Position data stored for 90 days.

TomTom Webfleet in the TomTom Work Compact package will also allow two way messaging between the office PC and the TomTom GO715 unit in the vehicle.

As Webfleet is an internet based service, you will always have access to the most up to date mapping including full European coverage.

Webfleet subscription including text messages, UK track and trace and 90 days data storage - £22.21 inc VAT per month, per vehicle. (minimum 24 month contract).

TomTom GO715

A TomTom GO715 is supplied for your vehicle and connects directly to Webfleet. The TomTom GO715 provides the driver with award-winning software in the world’s best selling portable navigation system.

TomTom GO715 Features:

• LCD Touchscreen – smart design and easy to use.
• Clear Spoken instructions – Clear and calm instructions given with plenty of notice.
• Fast Re-Routing – Automatically and instant should you miss a turn or instruction.
• Two way communication – Send and receive basic text messages between driver and office PC. Up to 500 characters long.
• Reporting – Via Webfleet, provides mileage, start/stop, business and private use and more.
• Hands-free calling – Doubles as a hands-free car kit using Bluetooth technology.

NOTE: The TomTom GO715 is not a stand-alone product but part of the TomTom Work Compact package. To enable the device a SIM car is necessary and this is delivered by TomTom Work with the Webfleet subscription contract.
