Webfleet is the web-based service which allows 24-hour secure access to all your vehicle management and reporting information from any PC. Webfleet allows you to track and trace all your vehicles and view them down to street level mapping. Position data stored for 90 days. The reporting available on Webfleet includes: Mileage, Driving times, Start and stop times, Standstill locations, Over speed Reports and these can be setup to provide the information daily, weekly or monthly. TomTom Webfleet in the TomTom Work Active package will also allow two way messaging between the office PC and the TomTom unit in the vehicle. As Webfleet is an internet based service, you will always have access to the most up to date mapping including full European coverage. Webfleet subscription including text messages, UK track and trace and 90 days data storage - £22.21 inc VAT per month, per vehicle. (minimum 24 month contract). The TomTom Link 300 is a small “black box”, complete with a SIM card, that is installed and hidden buy our engineers into the vehicle. The TomTom Link 300 unit provides all the vehicle information that allows you to use Webfleet to manage your fleet. This compact device includes an integrated GPS receiver and GSM antenna and Bluetooth (to connect to the TomTom Navigation system). Position Data is transmitted via GPRS directly to Webfleet. Should GPRS not be available the data is stored and transmitted when GPRS is available again. TomTom GO530
